How does tasté work?
Tasté meals is designed to fuel your day with convenience, consistency, and healthy eating without the hassle of shopping or cooking.
What’s the order deadline?
For Sunday delivery or Monday pick up: Thursday 7pm
For Wednesday delivery or Wednesday pick up: Sunday 9pm
After the cut-off, your order is set and charges apply.
When do you deliver?
Busy week ahead? Or want to trial us before the commitment of a subscription? When you select your meals you can choose to have a one off delivery.
Or click subscribe and save. Get discount on your meals when you subscribe and save and get fresh Tasté meals delivered weekly from our delicious menu.
If you subscribe your order will automatically renew unless you log into your account and update your order for the week.
Your meal preps are delivered chilled, so just pop them in the fridge, and lift them out as and when you need. All of our meals are freezable. If you plan on using the meals after the use by please freeze them on arrival.

If you subscribe and save then your order will be set and will automatically renew unless you log into your account and update your order for the week.

How does the menu work?
We keep it fresh and familiar.
Every 2 weeks we add new seasonal dishes.
We keep our tasté signature meals on the menu. Sometimes we’ll swap a signature for a better one (we’ll let you know).
Set your preferences in My Account so we can suggest good picks.
You can change your meals before the cut-off (Thu 7pm for Sun/MON pickup; Sun 9pm for Wed/WED pickup).
Always check the label and allergens before you eat.
What if the menu changes and I forget to choose my meals?
If we add new meals or an old meal is not available:
- We use your saved preferences to pick a similar meal for you.
- If an item is unavailable, we replace it with the closest match (same protein or style where possible).
- You can swap it in My Account any time before the cut-off.
- Always check the label and allergens before you eat.

One-time order vs subscription?
One time order: a one time order. Your chosen meals will be delivered on your selected delivery day.
Subscribe and save: When you subscribe and save, your chosen meals will be delivered weekly. Your meals can be changed and updated through your account.

How long do meals last?
Our meals are made fresh and have clear use by dates stated on the packaging.
Your meal preps are delivered chilled and should be stored in the fridge. Just lift them out as and when you need.
Got leftovers? All of our meals are freezable.
Where do you deliver to?
Local only (from our Gateshead kitchen):
- 0–10 miles: £3.99 per order
- 10–20 miles: £4.99 per order
We don’t deliver past 20 miles right now.
FREE Click & Collect: Mon & Wed mornings at Inline Fitness Centre, Unit 7 & 8 Dutton Court, Blaydon on Tyne, NE21 5ST (meals are in our fridge, in bags with your name).
What if I have allergies?
Allergens are clearly listed, but we prep in a kitchen that handles all major allergens.
My order had an issue?
Take photos (box, inside, labels, items) and email support@tastemeals.co.uk within 24 hours.
If we made a mistake, we’ll replace, credit, or refund affected items.
How do I heat the meals
Follow the label. Heat until piping hot (75°C) all the way through.
Donotreheat more than once.
